Beginner's Classes starting in May:

In this course, you will begin learning Part 1 of the Yang style Tai Chi form and be introduced to basic Chi Kung  (Qigong) exercises.

Tai Chi ~ Beyond the first 8 weeks:
 
This 12-week course is for those who have completed the Intro. To Tai Chi/Beginner's course and wish to complete Part 1 of the Tai Chi sequence.

    This is for those who have completed Part 1 of the Tai Chi sequence and wish to complete the entire Yang style Tai Chi form
