Members and non-members are always welcome to join our Small Groups and Team Training Sessions.  The sessions are 45-minutes, mixed levels of ability unless otherwise noted.

What is the difference between Small Group & Team Training?

Small Group training consists of a minimum of 3 but a maximum of 4 participants in a group to one Trainer/Coach.
Team Training consists of a minimum of 3 (to start a particular time slot that is offered) up to a maximum of 10 participants in a group to one Trainer/Coach.

How do I know which is "right" for me?

Those who are new to exercise/group exercise, have current or prior injuries and/or need a little more guidance/coaching may be more suitable in a Small Group.  Those who are not new to exercise and wish to be motivated to reach their potential may be more suitable for Team Training.  You can join a group that is being offered or start your own.  Not sure which may be right for you?  Call 978.475.2020 and ask for Diana.

Participants find both options highly motivating and develop friendships among their peers that extend well beyond the training sessions.

Small Group Rates (a minimum of 3 registered to start a group, 5-week term, once/week rate reflected below, max. 4/group):
  • 3    participants in your group:     $149 p/p
  • 4   participants in your group:      $129 p/p
Enroll in one or more times per week. Rates will be pro-rated if you do not start during the first week. Non-members are welcome, rate includes small group training only and does not include use of gym or any other classes/amenities.  

Team Training Rates (a minimum of 3 registered to start an offered time slot, 6-week term, max. 10/group):
  • 1x a week (6 sessions ):     $129 p/p 
  • 2x a week (12 sessions):   $239 p/p
  • 3x a week (18 sessions):   $319 p/p

Enroll in one or more times per week. Rates will be pro-rated if you do not start during the first week. Non-members are welcome, rate includes team training only and does not include use of gym or any other classes/amenities.  Make-ups must be made during the 6 week session.  Session credit is offered for medical reasons with a physicians note only.
