The purpose of a personal trainer:
Whether you are new to a gym or a seasoned gym rat, you can benefit
from working with a trainer.
As a beginner, a trainer can help motivate you, teach you how to safely
and effective use
exercise machines, and help you develop a workout program that matches your
abilities and goals.
If you are already accustomed to working out in a gym or are training
for a particular event,
a trainer can help you build endurance, avoid boredom and enhance your
current workout
to achieve your specific goal. Trainers are also beneficial if you
are recovering from an
injury.
What to look for in a trainer:
Hiring a trainer is a little like choosing a spouse. Your number one
priority should be compatability.
