Yang's has been transforming lives since 1988. Join us as we continue the goal of improving our community one person, one project at a time. Please help us welcome Cindy Rayner as our newly appointed Yang's Director of Community Relations. You may know her as one of our Personal Trainers, Life style Management Coaches, Group Fitness/Spinning Instructors and super mom, now you can team up with her to make a difference in our community.
Our goal is to involve our members (and non-members) in local non-profit projects that may need resources: time, money and/or participation. Below,please find projects that have made it on our calendar thus far.

Krit Classic 5K
Walk/Run: Sunday June 2, 2013 at the Andover High School. Kids Fun
Run will start at 8:30 am, the 5K walk/run will begin at 9:30 am.

2013 Brickman Triathlon to benefit the Merrimack Valley YMCA and Habitat for Humanity
Sunday, September 29 at the Lawrence YMCA
Register to participate in all three segments of the race (swim,
bike and run) or join a team for one or two "legs" of the race. Sign up
sheets will be available at Yang's for Team Participation starting in
July.
